Order Delivery & Cancellation
All Orders made by the Buyer under this Agreement must be placed using the webpages on this Site and must specify the information requested, including (but without limitation):
(a) Quantity and description of Products(b) The full street address to which the Product is to be delivered(c) Current billing address to which credit card statements are sent.
The Buyer must complete all information requested on this website and credit card payment sites for the Order to be processed by Loz Visser .
Loz Visser will not accept orders:·
(a) From trade customers who are buying Products for resale;(b) If the Buyer does not offer to pay by one of the credit cards or PayPal listed in this website; or(c) If the Buyer's credit card provider or PayPal does not confirm the payment.
Loz Visser will send the Buyer an e-mail acknowledging the Products ordered as soon as possible after the Buyer places an Order. If Loz Visser does not accept the Buyer's Order for any reason, it will inform the Buyer by email in the same manner.
Delivery
Delivery of a Product will occur between 2-6 business days after acceptance of an Order. A Buyer cannot arrange collection of Orders from Loz Visser either in-person or via alternative courier.
The Buyer acknowledges that Loz Visser may, from time to time, be subject to production, delivery or other unforeseen delays and that Loz Visser may allocate distribution of Products ordered among its customers at its sole discretion.
If Buyer's Order has not been delivered within a reasonable time, the Buyer should contact Loz Visser via the Contact page on this website
If no one is available at the delivery address to receive the Products, Loz Visser's delivery agent will leave an "unable to deliver" card at the address and the Buyer should follow the directions on that card to obtain delivery of the Products. Loz Visser reserves the right to make partial delivery of an Order.
Payment
Payment for Products purchased from Loz Visser via the Site can be made only by VISA or MasterCard credit cards via the credit card gateway or via PayPal using Visa or MasterCard credit cards or via the PayPal system using Visa, MasterCard or funds transfer payment methods. Credit card information submitted by the Buyer will be verified by the credit card provider or PayPal, and the Buyer will be advised if their Order has been accepted. The Buyer agrees to submit to Loz Visser such information as may be reasonably requested by Loz Visser or the credit card provider for the authorization and verification of its credit card purchases.
Please note that Buyer credit card numbers and details are not processed or retained on Loz Visser systems. Loz Visser reserves the right to exercise its lawful remedies if a dispute arises over payment through the Buyer's credit card provider. In particular, but without limitation, if the Buyer's credit card provider rejects a payment when due, Loz Visser at its discretion may delay or cancel delivery of Orders placed by the Buyer. Loz Visser may also offset and deduct from any refund due to the Buyer all sums owed by the Buyer to Loz Visser. If the Buyer's account is placed in collection, Loz Visser will be entitled to claim all reasonable expenses for collection, including legal fees incurred in connection therewith.
Cancelling an order
If the Buyer wishes to cancel an Order prior to shipment, the Buyer must contact Loz Visser Shop Online and Loz Visser will endeavour to accommodate the Buyer's request provided the merchandise has not been shipped.
If the Buyer's entire order is cancelled prior to shipment Loz Visser will apply a credit to the Buyer's credit card and may also apply a cancellation fee.
If an Order has already shipped Loz Visser's Incorrect Ordering of Consumables & Other Items procedure listed below will apply.
Dead on Arrival (DEA)
A Product is deemed to be DOA if it fails to function according to its specifications either on set-up by the Buyer or within 14 days of its purchase date. The time period for calculating DOA commences two working days after delivery of a Buyer's Order. If the Buyer believes that a Product is DOA, they must contact Loz Visser report the DOA status and discuss the fault. If Loz Visser considers the Product to be DOA, it will issue return instructions to the Buyer. Loz Visser will pay the freight cost associated with the return of a DOA Product, provided that the Buyer uses the Loz Visser nominated freight carrier. Loz Visser will deliver a replacement Product to the Buyer promptly upon receipt of a product that it considers to be DOA. FREIGHT METHODS Loz Visser will arrange delivery of all Products to the Customer using its nominated freight carriers.
Incorrect Supply of Order
If due to an error on the part of Loz Visser, the Buyer receives a Product which does not conform to its Order, the Buyer must contact Loz Visser within 7 days of receipt of the Product and may purchase a replacement Product from the Site, after returning the original Product to Loz Visser, provided that the returned Product is in new condition with its original packaging unopened. Before returning a Product, the Buyer must obtain from Loz Visser return instructions via the Contact Page on this website. PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT Claims for alleged damage to Products caused in transit from Loz Visser to the destination specified by the Buyer must be notified to Loz Visser as stated below within 48 hours of receipt of delivery and the Buyer must contact Loz Visser via the Contact Page of this website and obtain return instructions.
Delivery Outside Australia
The Buyer will be advised of any Product shipping charges at the time of purchase as set out on the Delivery Charges page of the Checkout.
